THE JOURNEY BEGINS
I moved from Philly to Colorado In 1999 to enjoy better skiing. My timeline had me there by October, a little before ski season so I could get my feet planted before the snow started flying. I was in my late 20s, so living in the mountains and being a lifty stuffing butts in chairs was out, so I ended up with desk job in Denver.
