Victor G. Rocine, DSc (d. 1943) Norwegian homeopath and biochemist who moved to Chicago, then to Portland, OR. Developed constitutional nutrition system and published many books, including Chemical Diagnosis, BioChemistry, and Mind Training that influenced Leo Verbon, Bernard Jensen, and others, and preceded study of genetic expression.
