                                                                                            Oregon Board of Naturopathic Examiners renamed the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine.
Oregon state law (SB327) authorizes ORS 685 complete prescriptive privileges with Laura Culberson-Farr, OANP Executive Director. Bill “expanded prescriptive privileges to include all pharmaceuticals needed in a primary care setting or for primary care practice,” with significant exception of cannabis.
Removal of registration component of District of Columbia ND law, leaving only ND licensure provisions. Results in improved legal status as licensed ND’s.
Steering Committee for development of Australian Register of Naturopaths and Herbalists established to provide minimum standards of education and practice for naturopathy and Western herbal medicine. Supports independent regulation of naturopathic profession.
