With two rank-specific tools designed for promotion to sergeant and inspector, POINT® provides a credible sifting tool effective in identifying the most able performers. POINT® has been developed by our Chartered Occupational Psychologists working alongside serving police officers. It is designed to assess a candidate’s ability to consider and action a series of rank-specific operational, people and organisational issues.
