What are we planning?
Join us for 4 (official) days of celebrations, fabulous festive Aperitivo, long luscious lunches, endless sun, lazy strolls through hidden passages, beach picnics, fresh food markets, Mt Etna wines (and Prosecco) and much, much more.
As much as this is our wedding, we do feel strongly that this must be a holiday for everyone who decides to join us; a time to relax, explore, discover and be free. Besides the main events described below, we have not planned our holiday out too much. The idea is for everyone to be free to come and go as they please.
1 - Welcome to the festivities - 17 September 2020
Welcome to Villa Garbo. A Villa located in Letojanni, a small seaside village about 6km from Taormina, occasionally used by the wonderful Greta Garbo as a Summer vacation place. This will be our retreat for a full 10 days and we invite everyone to join us here on a daily basis as and when you can, but specifically for the events that we have pre-arranged.
On this day, we invite everyone to come over at any time and be part of the family, but mainly for Aperitivo which will start 18:00, sharp!
2 – Dress in black and come walk with us through the streets of Taormina – 18 September 2020
Please meet us at La Villa Communale, in Taormina at 19:00 (time TBC). There will be someone to meet you and point you in the right direction. From here, come stroll with us through the streets and take in the beauty. We will end the evening with a light dinner. It is also Dawid’s sister Sonja's birthday, so celebrations all the way.
