Training nutrition.

                                                          What and how to eat and drink before, during and

                                                          after working out?

                                                          Someone  like  you  or  like  me  who  loves  sports
                                                          have  already  asked:  what  should  I  eat  before

                                                          working out? And during working out? And after
                                                          working out?  To feel good and also increase our

                                                          performance. Keep in mind there are factors that
                                                          can influence, such as the sport you practice, the
                                                          frequency  of  your  workout,  health  status  and

                                                          physical shape in which you are. Have you taken
                  into account some of these things? Therefore, all of this can make a big difference in how
                  you feel during physical activity and how your recovery will be. To answer all these questions

                  case by case must be analyzed, but fortunately, for us there are some general tips that can
                  be followed without equivocation.




                  Before  our  workout  or  sport
                  practice,  we  need  to  have  a

                  nourished body, in a situation in
                  which our cells and muscles are
                  able  to  perform  well  and

                  minimize  the  risk  of  injury.  To
                  this  end,  the  nutrients  we  eat

                  and  drink  as  carbohydrates  or
                  sugars,  supplements  or  snacks
                  and  hydration  must  be  in
                  amounts  and  suitable  servings.

                  For example, carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the brain also, they store in
                  the  muscles  in  order  to  provide  energy  during  exercise.  Supplements  or  snacks  are

                  important for people who exercise for long periods of time to recover energy for the next
                  activity.  Finally,  to  have  a  good  hydration  we  can  not  forget  water.  This  is  the  best
