By acquiring Danmat Iso Systems A/S Armacell has strengthened its regional presence in North Europe and extended its range of cladding systems. With the additional manufacturing facility the company will be able to enhance its offering of tailor-made insulation and cladding solutions. Danmat is headquartered in Ølstykke, Denmark, and has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and selling PVC cladding systems. The Isotop product lines are the ideal addition to the existing Armacell range of PVC claddings and enable the flexible production and prompt delivery of smaller item quantities, too.
Perfect addition to the range
In the extensive Isotop programme, Armacell now presents T-pieces and numerous one-piece 90° and 45° elbows in open or closed versions for all conventional pipe diameters and insulation combinations. All items are available in white, light grey, black and aluminium-look. The Isotop caps for finishing off insulated pipes attractively are coordinated with the range, but are also offered in three extra colours. PVC foils are available in wall thicknesses ranging from 200 to 350 μm, as well as other thicknesses on request, in five different widths on 12.5 to 50-metre rolls. A completely new addition to the Armacell portfolio is a valve box made of polyurethane insulation with a polystyrene covering which is available in 16 different versions. A unique 2-in-1 solution for Victaulic couplings now also allows these pipe connectors to be insu- lated quickly and easily. To facilitate the installation of the coverings, Armacell provides many tools and accessories such as a special foil cut- ter, rotary cutters, rivets and adhesive tapes.
