Aetna Navigator is a one-stop online source available to all members of an Aetna medical plan. This website allows you to find doctors, print an ID card, view plan documents and claims, and check what your plan covers. You also

with health discount programs, and most importantly — compare costs for many medical services before a visit.

Aetna Behavioral Health AbleTo Support
Some life events can be overwhelming. AbleTo specialists are available to help you cope with a variety of personal life issues through video conferencing or phone conversations.
AbleTo offers a convenient eight-week program where you will work with two specialists: a therapist, to address emotional challenges and a behavior coach, to identify health goals and develop an action plan.

Member Payment Estimator
The Member Payment Estimator is a health cost estimating tool that tells you how much you will pay, how much Aetna will pay and how much you will save with your Aetna plan. The Member Payment Estimator uses your own plan details and factors in your deductible, coinsurance and copay. That means you get personalized answers in real time before you see your doctor.
To estimate your health care costs, click on “Member Payment Estimator” from www.aetna.com.
Personal Health Record
Personal Health Record is an online tool that provides
you with access to personal health information, medical messages and alerts, family health history and integrated resources to help you make informed decisions about your health care. This tool can spot potential medical problems, possible drug interactions, or gaps in care and then tells you what you should do about it. When you visit the doctor, have a test or fill a prescription, the claims information goes right into your Personal Health Record.
Go to www.aetna.com, go to the Health Records tab and click on “Personal Health Record.”
Aetna Concierge
The Aetna Health Concierge Team is available to help you better understand your health benefits, utilize Aetna online tools, and help you get the most out of the resources available to you.
Just log in at www.aetnanavigator.com and chat online or call the toll-free number on your Aetna member ID card Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Aetna Discount Program
Stay healthy and save with products and services available through our plans, including savings on gyms, travel, tickets, personal training, natural therapy services, and hearing aids and exams.
Go to www.aetna.com, choose “Health Programs” and select “See the discounts.”
