S.H. Beau Saturn is a flashy young gelding with a sweet disposition. He has had extensive groundwork and is just getting started under saddle. Although sensitive he tries very hard to do what is asked of him. He will continue in full training until sale time and will be ready for a competent Jr/Am rider in a program. He is a lovely mover with a flat trot and rhyth- mical canter. He free jumps in very good form showing great aptitude
for the hunter ring while looking to be brave and scopey enough for the jumpers. Saturn has what it takes to make up into a winning show horse or a really interesting resale project. With the winter months ahead, there is ample time to put the finishing miles on to get him ready for next year’s show season.
Sire: Beau Soleil is a very elegant product of three top Hanoverian blood- lines: Gotthard, Grande and Abglanz. He has proven to be a pre-potent sire, stamping offspring with his expressive head and refined elegance. Beau Soleil is producing horses of beauty and style for the hunter ring, excellent gaits and uphill carriage for the dressage ring, and scope and bravery for the jumper ring. These qualities are combined with a high degree of rideability for which he is well-known. With many high-selling auction horses to his credit, such as Brandy Time and Blind Date, he has established himself as a top sire of versatile horses that can perform in any discipline.
Dam: Passion is by the KWPN stallion Pascal who goes back to the influ- ential sires Alme, Ibrahim and Furioso. She has been a great producer for Sunhill Farms, she has produced several good show horses who are com- peting all over NA in both the dressage and hunter/jumper rings. Including a full brother who competes in FL in the hunter ring.
