Cover Girl is a special filly, elegant and refined, with the excellent expression of her dam lines which go back to Londonderry. Long legged with a great top line, she possesses quick reflexes and a powerful ground covering gallop. She is bred to be successful as a hunter or dressage horse with the athleticism to be a capa- ble jumper or event horse.
Her potent pedigree virtually guarantees her success in any discipline. Curious and bold , she has a friendly easy-going personality.
Sire: Standing 17 hands tall Charmeur is a magnificent blend of the legendary Cor de la Bryere, the thoroughbred Heraldik xx, WBFSH number one event sire from 2009 to 2013 and the Hanoverian dynasties of Duellant and Eisenherz. He carries the long frame and top line of the Holsteiner C line, while embodying the refine- ment of the modern Warmblood. Having been injured as a young horse, he was denied a show career, nevertheless he possesses a rolling canter, elastic trot and cat like jumping ability. Charmeur’s offspring who are just beginning their show careers in Quebec and the Eastern United States are showing exceptional jump- ing talent and great rideability.
Dam: Flambiance is a beautiful chestnut mare standing 16.3h with a wonder-
ful expression compliments of her grand sire Londonderry. Her direct sire is
the amazing Holsteiner stallion Flemmingh. A horse with a pedigree loaded to jump, which he did, scoring 9 at his KWPN stallion performance test, going on to become one of Holland’s most influential dressage sires. WBFSH ranked 6th in 2008 a year after his death, in 2021 he is still number four in the Dutch Breeding Values – Top 20 Dressage Sires.
