This is a beautiful amateur friendly mare with a performance pedigree! She has been started and produced by an adult amateur with professional help. She scored premium at the mare show as a 4-year-old and has been wonderful at shows. At the first recognized horse trial she competed in she won the dressage with a 76.5%. She has also been to some jumper schooling shows. This is a beautiful, correct mare that will be fun to show and an amazing addition to the breeding shed.
Sire: Cypress is one of only 2 offspring from Czar, the only other off- spring, Clouseau, was sold to a student of Karen O’Connor. While he is no longer in the O’Connor program, he has been highly successful as a young event horse and is also showing much promise as a pure show jumper. Czar was sold to California as a 3 ring horse and has been very successful in the equitation and hunter derby rings. His pedigree is full of Holsteiner greats including Cor de la Bryere, Capitol, Julio Mariner xx, to name just a few.
These bloodlines are noted on many an Olympic and World Championship podiums.
Dam: Uschi is a premium imported KWPN mare, with an interest-
ing combination of dressage and jumping lines. She competed as an AA jumper before becoming a broodmare. Her bloodlines include the KWPN stallion of the century, Nimmerdor, along with her sire, OO Seven, Flemmingh, and Rubenstein. This pedigree is full of power and perfor- mance.
