Fark Yaratan Perakende Liderleri Gelişim Programı tüm hızıyla devam ediyor. 4 - 5 Ekim 2017 tarihlerinde Fark Ya- ratan Perakende Liderleri Gelişim Programı kapsamında, bölge müdürlerimizin “strateji odaklılık” yetkinliğini geliş- tirebilmek amacı ile “Yönetimde Stratejik Yaklaşım” sınıf eğitimi, “Strateji Paneli” ve “Strateji Simülasyonu” gerçek- leştirildi. Flow firmasının iş ortaklığı ile düzenlenen prog- ramda, eğitmenler Abdurrahman Özciğer, Gamze Baytöre ve Murat Vardar iki gün boyunca eşlik etti. Gerçekleştirilen faaliyetler ile bölge müdürlerine pek çok farklı bilginin ka- zandırılması hede endi ve “strateji” kavramı ile dopdolu iki gün geçirildi.
The Development Program of Retail Leaders Creating Di erence continues at full steam. “Strategic Approach in Management” class training, “Strategy Panel” and “Strate- gy Simulation” were realized for the purpose of developing the “strategy-oriented” competence of our regional man- agers within the scope of the Development Program of Re- tail Leaders Creating Di erence on 4 - 5 October 2017. In the program, which was organized with the cooperation of Flow company, the instructors Abdurrahman Özciğer, Gamze Baytöre and Murat Vardar accompanied for two days. By the activities carried out it was aimed to provide many di erent information to the regional managers and it was spent two days lled with the concept of “strategy”.
