Operation Mordecai is CUFI UK’s campaign highlighting the threat from Iran to Israel and the West. Our efforts are to ensure Britain positions itself on the right side of history by defending Israel against the tyrannous Iranian regime.
Operation Mordecai takes inspiration from the Biblical account of Esther’s cousin, Mordecai, whom having heard of the plot to annihilate the Jews, sought the Lord, warned about what was planned and took action.
Right now, the world is at a crossroads concerning the disastrous Iran nuclear deal. The UK, France and Germany, co-signatories of the deal which was made under President Obama’s presidency, are seemingly waiting to see what approach the new US administration will take. Meanwhile Iran continues to repeatedly breach the deal, with the regime admitting at the start of this year that it plans to enrich uranium up to 20% purity, the most significant breach the deal so far.
