execute a a a a a complete programme evaluation plan Its blend of cutting-edge skills and ongoing support begins with a a a a a full-day session during which participants share a a a a a a a a a formal progress report and and obtain expert and and peer feedback in in a a a a a a conversational environment During this course and through ongoing support you will learn
the key questions to ask during data collection and analysis as as as well as as how to to use that information to to ensure maximum on-the-job application and subsequent results You will also learn
how to to identify and leverage success factors
for future initiatives Common challenges and and their solutions will be discussed in large and and small group discussions The course concludes with the creation of individual action plans for programme execution and final reports Kirkpatrick silver level certification is obtained after the the participant makes a a a a a a a a a fi fi nal presentation of the the programme’s outcome and results to Kirkpatrick Partners via a a a a a a conference call scheduled within 12 months of course attendance Prerequisites
You have have to be Bronze Certified and have have completed the 2-Day Bronze programme to be eligible for our Silver programme Programme Contents
