Audit assignment refers to fees for the statutory audit, that is, such work that has been necessary to issue the audit report. Also included is audit advice provided in conjunction with the audit assignment.
1) The remuneration to President refers to Anders Haker (for the period January 1 – May 3) and to Patrik Andersson (for the period May 4 – December 31). For further information, refer to Noite 11.
In 2017 the President/CEO Patrik Andersson received variable remuneration amounting to SEK 7 million (4).
The remuneration to the President constitutes xed salary, variable remuneration, pension and insurance bene ts, and a company car. The variable remuneration is capped at 100 percent of the xed salary. The President’s pension and absence due to illness bene ts correspond to 30 percent of the xed salary. In the event of termination of the employment agreement on the part of the Company, the President is entitled to twelve months’ notice and to severance pay corresponding to twelve months’ salary. Anders Haker was serving as acting CEO from the period September 1, 2015 to May 3, 2016 and received a salary supplement of SEK 533 thousand for the total period.
