The Parent Company’s and the Group’s statements of income and balance sheets are subject to adoption at the Annual General Meeting on May 3, 2018.
The Board of Directors and the President certify that the consolidated nancial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the EU, and provide a true and fair view of the nancial position and performance of the Group. The annual report has been prepared in accordance with generally
accepted accounting principles, and provides a true and fair view of the nancial position and performance of the Parent Company.
The administration report for the Group and Parent Company provides a true and fair view of the development of the activities, nancial position, and performance of the Group and Parent Company, and describes the signi cant risks and uncertainties faced by the Parent Company and companies which form part of the Group.
