Key Points of the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
Distributor responsibilities are as follows:
1. Read, fully understand, and abide by the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
2. Being responsible for training and fully educating all distributors in your downline in order to make them fully self-sufficient.
3. The Distributor will not use the Enagic trade name, logo, copyrighted materials, trademarks, or service marks, except expressly as provided by Enagic.
The Distributor further acknowledges that unauthorized use or duplication of Enagic’s trademarks, service marks or copyrighted material (including but not limited to trademarks, service marks or copyright material marketed by Enagic) is an infringement of Enagic’s intellectual property rights and Enagic will be entitled to pursue any and all courses of legal action at it’s sole and absolute discretion.
4. The Distributor agrees not to repackage or re-label Enagic products or services or to sell said products or services under any other name or label. The Distributor further agrees to refrain from producing, selling, and using, for the purpose of advertising, any written, recorded, or other materials which have not been expressly approved by Enagic or provided for in the Enagic literature.
5. No money is allowed to be exchanged in dealing with the water under any circumstances. That includes donations, as well as selling water, membership fee.
6. The Distributor undertakes not to make claims in relation to the medical benefits of any Enagic products at any time. If you have knowledge of anyone making the above claims, please contact the company immediately.
7. Operate and manage your distributorship in an ethical manner.
8. Do not sell the Leveluk Machines at discounted prices.
9. Enagic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Reserves the right to terminate the membership of the distributorship who fails to adhere to the Company’s Policies and
Procedures with immediate effect without the need to provide any justification for such termination.
