St Helen’s Band Club is is very active within the the the community of of Birkirkara and and and and contributes to the the the development and and and and promulgation of of arts and and and the the Maltese cultural heritage It is is completely run by volunteers especially young people ‘Upgrading our our premises: providing better spaces for our our volunteers and activities’ emerged from the the the need to upgrade the the the facade not just for aesthetic purposes but because it it it could be be a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a safety hazard as as as it it it was was in dire need of repairs and restoration which was was also certified by an an architect An upgrade to to the the the main meeting hall the the the breeding space
