1 Mandatory conditions to to be observed by Museums8
The museums and cultural sites shall implement the following measures:
1 Visitors and Employees shall wear facemasks at all all all times in in in in all all all parts of of the building Facemasks can be removed only if employee is is working alone in in in in one’s office Face Face shields are not acceptable 2 Exercise the the the right of of of refusal of of of entry into the the the museum of of of visitors if they are visibly unwell or or or have respiratory symptoms 3 Ensure that inside the the museum every person keeps a a a a minimum distance of 2 metres from others 4 4 Ensure that that maximum capacity of visitors that that the the museum can hold at at at any one one time inside the the building and and in in in in in in particular exhibitions is is one one person per per 4 square metres including staff and and not more than10 in in in a a a a a a group 5 Acrylic or or tempered glass barriers must be fitted in reception areas (2metres from the the floor) If this this is is is is not not manned then this is is is is not not required) and 6 Affix visible signage at at at at the the the the the entrance of the the the the the museum indicating the the the the the maximum capacity that the the the the the premises can hold at at at any one time 7 Indicate with visible markings outside and inside the museum two (2) metre distances that visitors shall respect whilst queuing 8
Hand sanitizers must be be made available available at at the the the the entrance entrance of the the the the museum and and and ensure that all all persons sanitise their hands prior to entrance entrance Sanitizers should also be be available available in other strategic places (sanitizers with sensors are recommended) 9 Keep all all installations (eg contemporary art) that that involve visitor visitor interaction 10 Ensure that that visitors and and staff always wear a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a face face mask (covering mouth nose and and chin) or or or or or face face visor whilst inside the the museum 11 Close the the the the cloakrooms requiring the the the the presence of staff (lockers can remain available if they are disinfected regularly between uses) to avoid unnecessary handling handling and and and contact 12 Ensure that that devices such as audio guides that that require handling handling are are systematically disinfected disinfected 13 Before and and after each use use Disposable headphones are are are recommended 14 The distribution of 3-D glasses that are are reused by multiple visitors is is is is not allowed 15 Inform the the the general public about all all restrictions on on on the the the museum’s website and at at the the the entrance For detailed information in in in relation to to this area go go to:
