All members and the leadership of of this organisation are are volunteers who are are are often asked to to assist assist in in various operations in in in in our country and are are occasionally required to to assist assist the the authorities in in in events of mass gatherings Dr Clifton Grima thanked the the the St John Rescue Corps volunteers for the the the the indispensable work they carry out He reiterated his personal commitment as as well as as that of the the the the the Government to to fully collaborate with the the the Malta Council for the the the Voluntary Sector a a a a a a a a a a a sector which he he he stressed is highly considered to to to be an essential part of our society 8th June
Prior to the the the re-opening of of its offices MCVS issued a a a a a a a notice for the the the the Voluntary Organisations and the the the the general public regarding the the the steps one one has to to to follow in in in order to to to visit its premises Anyone failing to to to do so will be denied entrance (continues on on page 8)
