Day 2
Festive evening on the island of Lipari
The first part of your evening will be held at "La Trattoria del Vicolo", a typical restaurant appreciated for its sparkling and friendly atmosphere.
Chef Giuseppe will offer traditional Sicilian and Aeolian dishes revisited in a modern way, remaining faithful to the concept that characterizes him: raw materials that establish a strong link with the territory.
At the end of your dinner, the evening will continue to Turmalin, one of the most famous clubs of the island, under the ramparts of the castle of Lipari.
The Turmalin is located in a unique setting in the world, where the sea and the sky seem to touch and then merge into one. Right here
Day 3
Back to Catania / Cooking pizza / Departure
Return by ferry to Catania
Your day will start with a return by ferry from Lipari to Catania. Here you will spend your last hours, before your departure.
Activity cooking pizza
We suggest you go to the cooking school in the heart of Catania, and become a chef for a day.
Distributed in groups, you will join your Italian chef who will give you all the recipes and secrets of Italian pizza to impress your family on your return. As a team, experience culinary skills and slip into a pizzaiolo's clothes for a morning.
You will discover the raw materials, fresh products just bought at the market, and reproduce better and better the gestures inculcated by the courses will begin with a presentation of the pizza and its history and the different techniques of preparation of the latter.
All you have to do is get started. Everyone puts their hands to the pulp and practice at the hands of chefs in a friendly atmosphere.
At the end of this activity, we will offer you an aperitif, then you will taste these pizzas, in the form of a buffet, made by all of your employees around a beer.
Departure
It's time for you to return to France.
A transfer to the airport will be arranged based on your departure time. Arrivederci!
