we are sad to say goodbye to a few of our teachers this year...
miss kayla was new to chance to dance this year. she recently got married and was a beautiful bride. miss kayla is moving to new jersey with her husband jeremy, her dog pippin and her new puppy loki. miss kayla will be missed! wishing her a lifetime of love and happiness.
miss cecilia has moved to tennessee with her husband dan and her dog zeke. she has been a phenomenal teacher at chance to dance for the past 16 years. she is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow so that she can be the best dance teacher she can possibly be. she flew to ny and quarantined so that she could finish the 2020 dance season for her students. miss cecilia gives 110% and always goes above and beyond. she has been my right hand and my left hand and often my brain as well. she will be missed more than i can express in words. i’m not quite sure what i am going to do without her.
miss donna is officially retiring this year! i knew this day was coming and i’m still not ready for it. miss donna has been a teacher at chance to dance for the past 18 years. over the years, she has taught almost every style of dance from ballet to hip hop. in recent years, she became the c2d lyrical teacher. miss donna is loving, warm, and kind and will be missed! she is an amazing teacher. best wishes and congratulations for a wonderful retirement.
