WELCOME
Dear Colleagues,
What a year 2020 has been, I don’t think any of us could have foresaw the last 12months and the impact it would have on us both personally and with the business. We want to thank you for your commitment, Leadership, Hard work and support in delivering a safe and productive Employee and workplace experience for the sites in Ireland. All 355 of us in the Irish FM Campus. This year has been a year of phenomenal support throughtout COVID 19.
Each one of us can be very proud of the
achievements in the Irish FM Campus in 2020.
What a year for our families and ourselves in FM with Covid 19. It brings mixed emotions as it was a tough year for all of us personally. We had to deliver all the Covid measures above and beyond the normal business as usual to ensure manufacturing continued.
As we move forward in the New Year, there are always new challenges that lie ahead of us but we remain confident in the knowledge that we in the Irish FM Campus are willing to meet these challenges head on. Myself and the FM Campus team will give you all the support and guidance you may need in the coming 12 months.
For 2021 we have identified the following high level core goals to deliver our Campus mission of enabling the Irish FM Team transition to a strong cohesive Campus Organisation delivering innovative approaches and breakthrough solutions enhancing the employee experience and delivering acknowledged value across J&J sites in Ireland. These are as follows:
• Supporting People and improving capabilities
• Deliver Base Business Support
• Optimizing Partnerships
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Evolving the FM Brand
• Leveraging the Campus mindset and ensuring we capture the
value we deliver to the business
Future town hall’s will cover more information on what is happening by the local teams and the good news stories throughout the Campus .
Please take this time over the Christmas and New year to relax, spend time with your families and come back in the new year with renewed energy.
