3rd District spreads the love on Valentine’s Day
Officers from the 3rd District made it a memorable Valentine’s Day for children at La Rabida Children’s Hospital by visiting to hand out hundreds of stuffed teddy bears.
The bears were donated to the Department, which provided officers the opportunity to bring smiles to the faces of young patients. The event, which took place one day after the Line of Duty Death of Commander Paul Bauer, also provided a remind- er to the officers of the value of taking the time to do something special for others in need. d
