ON THE COVER

Law Enforcement Medical and Rescue (LEMAR) training and kits have become vital for many Chicago Police Officers. Training classes have been filled with officers who have heard about, or experienced, the way LEMAR is making a difference on the streets and saving lives. The community is rallying to provide kits for every patrol cop, including a certain Cubs star who brought them to officers in 019.
