4-Week Workshop October 7, 14, 21, 28 4-6 p.m. • Cost: $300
WEEK 1: BEING BLUE IS UNIQUE WEEK 2: BEING A STRONG BLUE FAMILY WEEK 3: A HEALTHY ME, A HEALTHY FAMILY WEEK 4: TRIBUTE TO MY POLICE PARENT(S)
The goal of this workshop is to provide children of first responders the opportunity to understand and support their police parent(s). This is also an occasion to receive emotional encouragement and learn communication and coping skills to assist during times of anti-police conflict.
Light Snacks Provided, Final Class Pizza Party • Wear Gym Clothes, Yoga & Meditation • Games & Group Activities Art Project (send your child with a photo of your family, a photo of the police parent, and your police department’s patch)
Help strengthen those who serve
      Individual, group and family therapy for issues related to addiction, mood disorders, family and work-related matters, critical incidents and post-traumatic stress.
