The Chicago FOP salutes Zechariah Cartledge, who raised thousands of dollars for families of fall- en first responders by Running 4 Heroes. The 12-year-old from Winter Springs, Florida started this organization to show amazing appreciation for law enforcement officers, and he has honored nearly 1,000 of them.
