If blending in a small area, go to a smaller brush and use the side edge. Pounce between the colors, just enough to blend the colors.
I may suggest brush sizes but use the size best for you. The larger the brush size used to apply color and blend, the faster and easier the results can be achieved.
Apply paint colors, side by side, touching. This will start the blending process. Wipe your brush often while blending. I can’t say this enough.
Refer to the color map and palette now.
SKY
    EIFFEL TOWER
SKY
Step 1. No. 6 Sharpie – Fluff in a minute amount of the medium and dark blues from the mixes. Soften the colors by wrapping a tissue around your finger and lightly rubbing the paint in a circular motion. Top off with TW.
Step 2. Soften again, add a little more TW here and there. Use the Scroller Brush to add three (3) or more little birds (now or later).
Let this area dry, then transfer the Eiffel Tower again by aligning the pattern and taping it in place, using an old piece of black transfer paper. I caution you to take your time tracing the Eiffel Tower. Look underneath your transfer paper to make sure you’re getting a nice, clear tracing. When I finally finished this step and removed the pattern, I just loved how the tracing looked. It appeared to
be distant and misty. I did not want to take a chance on ruining it by painting it. I sprayed a light mist of the Krylon Matte over it to keep it from smudging or smearing while I was working on other areas of the painting or varnishing it. The transfer of the Eiffel Tower might be one of the last things you do.
WINDOW TRIM
Step 1. No. 2 or 4 Sharpie – Add some streaks of RS, then alongside add some streaks of TW. Add as many dark and light streaks as you like to make an appearance of woodgrain.
Step 2. Soften each side with the corner of your brush. If you have a technique you like for doing woodgrain, do it!
WALL COLOR
Again, this was your choice of color. Just make sure you have nice coverage!
FRENCH PRESS - COFFEE
Step 1. No. 6 Sharpie –Start with the coffee inside the glass container. Place BS then the BU on each side. Don’t forget those other small places on each side and above the brass!
Step 2. Blend. While your paint is still wet, align the pattern and trace the spiral plate at the bottom. This tracing will etch the design into the painting.
