East Meets West
Nusantara: East Meets West is BISA’s third annual Indonesian Festival held in April 2017. It will take place at Memorial Glade of the University of California, Berkeley, from 3pm to 9pm. Traditional food, performances, games, souvenir bazaar, and other thoroughly selected activities will be carried out throughout the night to showcase Indonesian’s indigenous culture.
With the theme East Meets West, we want to bring the rich and diverse Indonesian culture to the West. Attendees will get to walk through the different ethnic groups of Indonesia through this half-day festival.
