If you do need to hire new employees, determine what responsibilities these new hires will be focused on.
Reflect on what your team needs more of; someone who enjoys creating outfits and selling, someone who shows passion for what they’re doing, or perhaps, someone who helps motivate the team to strive for even greater things.
Look for individuals who are playful, friendly, charming, and upbeat. They should also be the type to dress to impress! If they’re dressed on trend, then there’s no doubt that they are dedicated to fashion.
