(FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 23RD, 2018) WE ARE PAYING YOUR STORE’S LUNCH FOR EVERYONE WORKING ON THAT DAY!

PROCEDURES:
To redeem your Black Friday lunch, Manager must enter a paid out on the cash register, using the POS Procedures of the Operator’s Guide:
• Press F7 key (Management Function)
• Enter your 6-digit Employee Number & 4-digit Password, select OK
(F1)
• Press F3 key (Paid out transaction)
• Press F2 key (Sundry expenses)
You will be prompted for the tax amounts separately
Enter the total amount (the $ authorized amount) and select OK (F1)
Enter $0.00 as the tax amount for each tax denomination pertaining to your province and select OK (F1)
Keep your receipt at store level with daily sales documents.
*The authorized amount is for the entire team lunch (i.e. Pizza, Subway, etc. to be ordered.

• B & C - $35
