• Product should be sorted by category, style and size for maximized efficiency. Clearly identify empty boxes and
use them to sort the product prior to processing. Prioritize replenishment product first!
• Management must set clear expectations/timelines for processing a shipment.
• Product in cupboards/on shelves should be placed with sizes visible.
• If storage space is needed, fold items and place them in clearly marked boxes.
