The concept of “the store” is being redefined. The store is no longer just a place for brand exposure and customer-product interaction; it has also become a fulfillment center for online orders. Store Fulfillment is the ability to fulfill an online order from a brick-and-mortar store. A Store Fulfillment solution offers our brand great benefits in terms of efficiency, accuracy and speed.

ROLE OF THE STORE
Traditionally, a physical store is responsible for providing products the customer desires for a specific geographic area or market. This role will not change. However, HOW the store provides the products to the customer will evolve.
Using local stores in the E-commerce fulfillment process allows our brand to offer a broader view of our inventory, as well as, a faster timeframe concerning the shipment and delivery of an order to the customer without greatly increasing shipment costs. Stores will now accept orders within a 2-hour timeframe if they have the desired product in stock, process it in-store, and ship it to the customer. Plus, the increase in E-commerce orders, means there will be an increase in stores benefitting from sales placed online with the use of QuickFind.
