MYATT SNIDER

Birth Date: August 12, 1993 Hometown: Bakersfield, CA
Birth Date: December 30, 1994 Hometown: Charlotte, NC
Team: No. 16 Toyota Tundra/Roush Fenway Racing
Team: No. 13 Ford F-150 / ThorSport Racing

Myatt Snider found out last year nothing accelerates a young racing career than
              having three veteran teammates.

Watching, listening and learning were important assets – as well as a fast
No. 13 Ford F-150 at ThorSport Racing – in season that nearly ended
with a spot in the NASCAR GANDER OUTDOORS Truck Series

Playoffs and a rookie of the year award.

“I’ve got so much experience to lean on,” the son of NBC
pit reporter Marty Snider said. “I have guys like Grant
Enfinger, Matt Crafton and Ben Rhodes, who have
all multiple Truck Series seasons under their belts.
FEATURED DRIVERS information from them has been a huge help for
To be able to learn from them and glean some

me. I’ve adapted to some tracks better than I have
others but having them there has definitely helped
me out to make some of those transitions faster.”

Enfinger, Crafton and Rhodes have combined to win 21
races, while Crafton also brings the experience of winning
truck series championships in 2013 and 2014.

“I’ve been able to really learn from watching and getting information
from them on what they do, how they do it,” Snider said. “It’s been super
helpful. And it’s helped me to become better on the racetrack.”

Advice only took Snider so far. Once he got behind the steering wheel, it
was up to him to make things happen.

He had three top-five and eight top-10 finishes to finish ninth in points.
Snider obviously listened to his teammates to get through last October’s
race at the Talladega Superspeedway with a second-place finish.
