Brilliant failures
In August 2019, ADB sta members gathered to discuss failure, speci cally their own. To do this in front of one’s peers takes courage, but the Brilliant Failures event created a safe space for people to talk about projects that didn’t
go right and enabled them to learn from each other. Such events help create the learning environment that is so necessary for innovation to blossom.
