MINISTRIES & SPECIAL EVENTS
We are now incorporating prayer requests into our weekly newsletter. Please email your prayer requests to prayer@christchurchpca.net by each Wednesday so that they may be included. Prayer Request Cards are also available at the Welcome Table and may be placed in the o ering baskets.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
The Women's M2 Fellowship will meet again Monday, April 9th at Casa Fiesta in the Pinnacle at Tutwiler Farm at 6:30pm. Any questions, email/text/call Cheryl @ 205-492-7269.
April 22nd from 2-4, there will be a Prayer Shower for Ashley Broyles, bride-elect of Cody Kennamer. Robin Brown will be hosting the shower (4275 Cahaba Bend Trussville, AL 35173).
YOUTH MINISTRY
Sunday Nights - The Backshack time is changing slightly. Doors will open at 5:30 and we will be providing pizza twice a month. Pizza will be provided 1st and 3rd Sunday's. 2nd and 4th Sundays doors will still open at 5:30, but we will not be providing a meal. Worship and the Lesson will begin at 6:30, we will end at 8.
Tuesday Mornings - Each Tuesday morning at 6:45 the middle school youth boys meet at Chick- l-a in Trussville for Bible study and breakfast. Je Bagley takes the youth to school after they meet. Contact Je if you have any questions.
NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER: COMMUNITY PRAYER SERVICE
On May 3rd, in partnership with area churches, Christ Church PCA will co-lead a noontime prayer service on the Trussville Mall. Please plan to join us as we pray for our community, our schools, our nation, and our leaders.
TOOLS FOR PARENTING: Having healthy conversations with your kids about healthy sexuality In our cultural context, the topic of sex is coming at our children at an early age. Do you struggle to know how to have “the talk”? You're not alone! Join in on a two part workshop to be equipped to begin an ongoing conversation with your children about sexuality and to be the primary voice of in uence for them. The dates are Saturday April 28th from 9:00-11:30am with a follow- up/Q&A time during Sunday School on May 6th at 9:00am. Childcare will be provided. There will be limited space. If you have questions or would like to attend contact Michael or Michelle Davis.
