“My day begins in the brand new Mindful Method. studio
in downtown Toronto with some stretching and mobility work, followed by a full-body strength and conditioning dumbbell workout. While I love riding my bike around the city, the 2021 TLX helps me get into the performance mindset as soon as I see it in the garage.
