NOW WE KNOW WHEN IT WILL END, BUT THE END IS NOTHING TO FEAR:
by 2035, the federal government has decreed, all new vehicles must be either fully electric, hydrogen powered, or plug-in gas–electric hybrids. Yes, that likely means the V8 engines and six-speed manuals we love so much will finally go the way of the dinosaur, but have you ever driven a powerful electric car? It’s like riding a rocket. The end of ubiquitous gas- oline-powered cars may be (somewhat) near, but it’s also the start of an exciting new era that we’re welcoming with open arms.
