A break out session where delegates gets to Brainstorm using Braincraft problem solving/ideation models to generate strategic alternatives (tactics) that address the identified strategic performance inhibiting issues.
1. Using a decision matrix approach to create alternative parameters.
2. Using the G.O.A.T process to generate compelling Goals, Objectives, Action plan and Tactics to translate the alternatives into operational success.
1. Delegates are to present back their action plan that will ensure Strategy into Action to close out the performance variances going forward.
2. The action plans will be put
in dashboards/balanced scorecards to help create governance going forward.
