Client Requirement: Team performance review against previous year’s targets and extracting the learnings that will allow for sustaining the momentum for successful execution. A Strategy Alignment session that will allow for a calibration of efforts around agreed Strategic Priorities for 2019 and will result in the team determination of KPIs, Strategies, Tactics and Process Updates to promote the delivery of the HR Strategic Priorities in 2019.
