continuously produce real-time data throughout the entire researchperiod. A combination of these metrics would make it possible to examine the energetic behavior of such buildings in a more in-depth and reliable manner.
The current research includes the design of two mockup prototypes--one for the purpose of presenting information about ‘green building’ )an information system( and the other to allow building users to suggest changes that preserve its ‘green’ status )an interactive system for manipulating building parameters(. Thus, this study demonstrates how it is possible to harness technologies for raising awareness of ‘green building’ and for the preservation of an eco-friendly building after its occupancy.
