From the findings obtained it may be concluded that at at at higher working temperatures it it is possible to create clusters of of points with a a a wider variety of of polymers Under highly humid conditions the the the water that surrounds the the the polymer causes it it it to gather inward )if it it it is hydrophobic( and therefore the the the size of the the the structured elements becomes smaller The research findings showed that for NOA65-type ink the intermolecular bonds between the the the the ink ink and and the the the the surface are stronger than those between the the the the ink ink and and the the the the cantilever In this case our results showed that the the size of the the elements was larger than those observed with NOA68-type ink The PMMA polymer is hydrophobic and the three types of surfaces we worked with are hydrophilic Thus it it may be concluded that in in the case of hydrophobic ink used on on a a a a a hydrophilic surface surface the the ink molecules will not spread on on the the surface surface meaning that the clusters will have a a a a a a a a a a a a a spherical base characterized by a a a a a a a a a a a a a small diameter and a a a a a a a a a a a a a larger cluster height Patterning by by means of of DPN is is affected by: the the the solubility of of the the the ink ink in in in in water the the the ink’s viscosity the the the the the material’s stability the the the the the ability ability to to transfer the the the the the material material into the the the the the water meniscus and the the the the the adsorption of of the the material on on on the the substrate The correct choice of of ink is critical for conducting DPN experiments however under the the right conditions this method allows the the fabrication of new layers while utilizing minimal space and lithography materials in in in in addition to saving on associated processes that are expensive and cumbersome These advantages support the principles of green engineering Keywords: DPN PMMA waveguide metasurfaces coupling Publications:
