Pets are important family members, but busy lifestyles make it hard to maintain their consistent feeding and hygiene. This project proposes a smart, automatic pet feeder that uses sensors, IoT, and adaptive controls to manage feeding schedules based on pet behavior, while ensuring cleanliness and food quality. Key features include portion control using proximity and weight sensors, behavior-driven scheduling, food preservation to prevent contamination, and remote management through mobile apps. It also tackles sanitation with solutions like UV sterilization and self-cleaning bowls. By combining these technologies, our system improves pet health, eases owner responsibility, and offers data- driven insights for long-term care.

Depression is a widespread mental health challenge, often misunderstood and stigmatized. Our project leverages ‘virtual reality’ (VR) to create a supportive and immersive tool designed to aid in diagnosing depression and promoting emotional well-being. Set as a peaceful forest clearing, the VR environment adapts to user interactions across three progressive scenarios: calm exploration, playful adventure, and emotional resonance. These scenarios guide users from mastering basic mechanics to exploring deeper emotional connections. By incorporating subtle diagnostic cues and adaptive responses, the system creates a safe space for self-reflection and helps identify symptoms of depression. Use of this innovative VR approach should encourage individuals to recognize their emotional states and take positive steps toward mental health support.
