Hospitals often calculate radiologist bonuses manually, making the process time-consuming and less transparent. This project introduces an automated system for Assuta Hospital, Ashdod, allowing radiologists to input interpretations and view their monthly bonuses per hospital guidelines. Designed for the Finance Department, this system streamlines bonus tracking, reducing errors and saving time. Built on an SQL database with HTML-based interfaces, it provides clear data visualization. Key features include monthly bonus tracking, radiologist profile management, and interpretation record entry. The system enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, enabling radiologists and finance teams to focus on their core tasks.

This project presents the development of an intelligent system for real-time tracking and management of pallets and crates in the logistics warehouse of Teva-SLE. The current manual processes result in equipment loss, stock inaccuracies, and delays. The proposed solution integrates RFID technology and an interactive dashboard to enhance control, visibility, and efficiency. The new system enables scanning, tracking, and real-time alerts for irregularities, along with detailed inventory reports. Through process mapping and user-centered design, a novel interface was tailored to warehouse staff needs. Such implementation significantly improved coordination between stations and reduced operational errors. This system supports data-driven decision-making and offers a scalable foundation for further automation in warehouse logistics.
