Three methods for for producing cross-linked hydrogel films
based on on on on on on carrageenan were tested in in in order to to use them to to absorb europium ions ions ions ions from from aqueous solutions Additionally conditions for for removing the the the the the the ions ions ions ions from from the the the the the the films
films
using various acids were tested with the the the the the the intention of recycling the the the the the the films
films
for for for further europium absorption absorption The highest absorption absorption yield was was obtained for for for a a a a a a a a a a a a a a 3% w/v iota-carrageenan film film film (>78%) and and 0 0 5 M M M HCl was was found to be the the the the most effective for for for metal removal (>72%) Using higher acid acid concentrations (0 7 7 7 M M M and and 1 M) broke the the the films
whereas weaker acids such as CH3COOH were unable to remove the ions ions Keywords: adsorption desorption europium films

Due to regulations restricting metal metal concentration in in in in in in aqueous leaching solutions in in in in in in physicochemical sludge a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a demetalization process was developed using sulfide salt salt Adding this salt salt at at at the the primary stage increased precipitation efficiency of of of of Cr by by by by 9 5 5 times of of of of Cu by by by by 4 4 7 7 of of of of Ni by by by by by 4 4 0 0 and and of of of of Zn by by by by by 5 5 5 7 7 compared to control groups Furthermore soda consumption was was reduced by by by 30% and and 12 5% less sludge was was was produced Results showed that the the optimal amount of salt to to to add is is 2 2 gr/L wastewater Scaling-up this process for 50 m3 Reactor gave results like the laboratory’s Keywords: aqueous leaching leaching demetalization leaching leaching percentage physicochemical sludge wastewater treatment
