Dear Graduates The final project demonstrates your ability to work as an an an industrial and management engineer Your work on the final project began with with finding a a a a a partner with with whom to to do it it it Then you had to to locate a a a a a a suitable organization where the project could be carried out to determine with which topics your project would deal and finally to to choose a a a a a suitable supervisor While working on your chosen project you you you used everything you you you learned in in the the department over the the course of four years You were required to connect and combine the many subjects you had studied to to produce a a a a a novel end product as your unique innovative final project You learned how to to write a a a a a a proper proposal how to to conduct a a a a a a literature survey to to set goals and you experienced the the real world--which necessitates dealing with diverse topics related to to the the field of industrial engineering engineering and management Moreover you you learned to to plan your time to to make engineering engineering plans to do research and check different processes until your goals are achieved I’m confident that that after the many hours of work you you you invested in in your project you’ve realized that that theoretical knowledge may be successfully applied to your your choices and getting your your desired outcomes No doubt you’ve also learned how to to analyze obtained experimental results to to draw reasonable conclusions and to give appropriate recommendations The final project is an an an excellent example of what can be achieved through persistence and the desire to succeed I’m also confident that your your experience working on on on the project has greatly contributed to your your professional professional education that will serve you you in the future throughout your professional professional career I hope that that your integration into the labor market will will be smooth and that that you you will will find a a a a a a a a suitable position where you you you can continue continue to grow and develop I wish you you you continued success in in in your professional and personal life I’m sure that that one day when you you you look back you’ll see that that despite the challenges you you you faced in the execution of of your final project--you have achieved a a a a a a quality product of of which you you you can be proud Beyond all the the professional training you you received at SCE you’ve developed the the ability to to to work work work independently to to to take responsibility for your work work work and to to to work work work as part of a a a a a a team These skills are extremely important and you you will need to use them everywhere you you go upon the completion of your studies I hope that SCE also provided you with experiences in community service mutual assistance process management and and a a a a a a sense of self-fulfillment and and striving for excellence that you now understand the value of planning your time distinguishing between what is is is important or or urgent and and what is insignificant or or can can wait May you always move forward and and make good progress I take this opportunity to thank the the the the faculty of of the the the the department and the the the the supervisors of of the the the the final projects who did their utmost to help you you succeed in your studies Best regards Prof Yossi Haddad
