“Individuals perceive objects such as shapes, letters, etc., as being whole when they are not complete. When parts of a whole form are missing, our perception fills in the visual gap. Using lines as visual stimuli, by increasing the regularity creates functional forms that engage the audience into a co-creation of an intellectually and emotionally stimulating experience. Much like the mysteriously alluring ANIRAC woman who likes to leave something to the imagination, there is depth to her character – you will need to see her from all angles to fathom her. The missing elements within the forms tease the audience's brain to make sense of the structure, and liberate the mind to draw its own conclusions." - Yvonne Ho
