Ken Tam brings with him 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge gained from a wide array of construction, refit, improvement and expansion projects across various industries. His clientele includes some of the most prominent brand names and retail giants, known for their stringent quality standards and demanding expectations.
With his extensive experience, Ken is a “walking encyclopaedia” of building codes, regulations, standards, and all things technical – general construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more. He has an uncanny ability to foresee, at the very early stage of a project, all possible issues and obstacles that are bound to arise, while coming up with ingenious solutions to get around the problems. He is the pillar behind our ability to achieve “100% Compliance” in all full scale+ projects.
Ken adopts a mature, responsible approach to any task he undertakes. With an innate drive to strive for flawless execution and see things through to completion, he takes an active lead role in project management. Ken’s technical expertise, resourcefulness, and the propensity to think in shoes of the client make him a favourite amongst our clients.
