promote the sport of sailing to everyone.
For our littlest sailors, we offer group lessons in our Kinderpram program. It is a great way to

about the Opti sailboat and will sail with a coach by his / her side. Classes are conveniently scheduled on Friday evenings
right before the DLYC Fish Fry.
For older sailors, we offer Opti and X-Boat group classes for all ability levels. Whether new to sailing or experienced, the Learn to Sail Programs are designed to improve the skills and competitiveness of our students, while promoting good sportsmanship and having fun. We offer eight week and four week sessions, with the ability to join for as little as one week at a time for families that need that flexibility. The DLYC daycamp is open to sailing school students either before the afternoon X Boat class or after the morning Opti class. What a fun way to keep your kids busy for the summer!
Highlights of our youth program go well beyond sailing with Sailing School Socials (pool parties, sleepovers, pizza parties, and more). Your sailors will truly make friends and memories to last a lifetime.
In addition to our Learn to Sail Programs, we offer private lessons for sailors of all ages, which allows you the flexibility to fit

Finally, we will once again offer an Adult Learn-to-Sail program! It will be a four-week session with classes on Thursday
evenings from 5 – 7 PM starting on June 18th. If you are a non-sailor and always wanted to know what the hype is about,
