W.B. WORTHINGTON MEMORIAL TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated in memory of Bill Worthington. Awarded to a person or persons who have donated much time and effort and have generally displayed outstanding service in furthering the interests of the DLYC.

MILES C. GUNDERSON COMMODORE’S TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Gunderson family in memory of Miles Gunderson. The trophy is awarded each year to the Commodore.

A perpetual trophy donated by the Herz family and awarded to the Commodore.

SCHROEDER TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Robert Schroeder family. Awarded to the sailor, who representing the DLYC, ranked highest in any sanctioned regatta.
AWARDED TO: MARK HETZLER FOR 2ND IN THE ILYA MC CHAMPIONSHIP
KAY, NANCY & SUSAN BEERS TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Richard Beers family. Awarded to the DLYC woman skipper who finishes best in any sanctioned regatta.
AWARDED TO: MAGGIE CLAIR FOR PLACING 7TH AT NO TEARS
ART SCHUMACHER SPORTSMANSHIP TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by Mrs. Gertrude Prudames and Mrs. Stella Spooner. Awarded to the individual chosen by the Race Committee. The Sailing Secretary announces the winner at the Commodores Ball.

BETZER TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Robert Betzer family. Awarded to the boat that in determination of the Fleet Commodores, displays tenacity and persistence to achieve success, though seldom a winner in individual events or series. AWARDED TO: EMMETT CLAIR
STRITT MEMORIAL TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Jack Stritt family in memory of Fred Stritt. Trophy is given to any sailor in the fleet having the lowest number of points for the season. The number of races to determine total points for this trophy will be set by the fleet sailing the least number of races in a Championship Series. If the X Fleet finishes 11 races, the C Fleet finishes 12, the M-20 Fleet finishes 13, and the E Fleet finishes 13, the first 11 races
in all fleets will determine the total points to be figured for this trophy. No throw-out races are allowed in figuring total points. Point system bases upon the Olympic scoring system. AWARDED TO: CHUCK HOLLMAN WITH 32.4 POINTS

COMMODORE’S CHOICE TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Jack Stritt family. Awarded to the individual sailor or non-sailor who shows outstanding interest in promoting the sport of sailing. Recipient is chosen by the current Commodore.

THOMAS MOULDING BEERS TROPHY
A perpetual trophy donated by the Thomas Beers family. Awarded for the diligent efforts to dispense nautical justice on an even keel as Chief Judge of the DYLC.

A perpetual trophy donated by the Dennis Menasco family. Awarded to the first female skipper to win a race, any series, any class.
